The
4048 Stack-N-Nest System is an integrated system of 180 degree stack and nest
containers, pallets, top caps, and dollies. Specific uses include food processing, general
manufacturing, work-in-process handling, general merchandise distribution, food distribution,
agricultural harvesting and mechanical parts washing.
- 100% recyclable stack and nest containers
- Reusable containers for long service life
- Economic, environmental and efficient alternative to corrugated boxes or cases
- Attached or detached lids make these containers ideally suited for most applications.
- Agricultural containers and harvesting totes
- Recommended top cap: 40x48 GMA TOPCAP C.
- Most containers available with solid or ventilated sides and bottoms for maximum air flow.
(Ventilation not available on 6050-36 models)
- Recommended pallet is the 40x48-B GMA CISF LPI.
- Recessed and textured identification and label areas are located on the sides, ends and cover
of the container.
- GSX6040-27 and GAX6040-27 containers feature a cross-stack and interlock bottom for a
self-secured stack.
- The 6050 Series has a reinforced bottom for heavy weight loads, and a patented all-plastic
attached-lid hinge element to make the container 100% recyclable and rust-free.
- All containers available with smooth bottom for easy cleaning, or textured bottom for conveyor
system use.
- ESD protective materials available upon request.
