A variety of options and accessories are available for ORBIS BulkPak® containers to
increase their efficiency and flexibility. Many of the identification options facilitate the use of
bar code scanning in today's automated warehousing systems.

Bulk Container Identification Options for KD and HD Containers:
(Models that begin with KD or HD)
CHKD49 Cardholders are injection-molded cardholders that easily snap into the bulk
container and hold idenitification cards or shipping information. Fits containers in the 4845
and 3230 series.
Molded-In Cardholder is molded into the bulk container and designed to accommodate
identification cards. (BulkPak Series)

Label Placard* provides a surface for labeling and relabeling of containers

Bulk Container Identification Options for KDR and HDR Containers:
(Models that begin with KDR or HDR)
Flat Label Areas are available on many KDR and HDR containers.
Kanban Cardholder easily snaps onto containers and holds a variety of card
types and sizes.
Bulk Container Accessories:
Heavy Duty Dollies, available in all footprints, move containers quickly, easily
and safely.
Durable, smooth
Plastic Slip Sheets can be placed at the bottom of BulkPak containers
to protect product and close the open-grid container deck.
Removable
Quick Release Rods allow operators to completely remove a sidewall to gain access
to the container's interior when the drop door may not be large enough. Rods are available for the
48" side of the following BulkPak containers: HDR4048; KDR4548-25, KDR4548-34 and all
extended-length HDR containers.
All dimensions and specifications are approximate. Performance characteristics are based on
uniform static loads and may be affected distribution of load, handling methods, number and type of
access doors and temperatures beyond the range of 0 to 120 degrees fahrenheit.
